Leggings Specifications We Confirm Before Bulk Production
For leggings orders, consistent bulk production depends on confirming measurable specifications before cutting and sewing. We recommend approving fabric, sizing, construction, branding and packing details before mass production.
Fabric Inspection & Cutting
Incoming fabrics are checked for color, visible defects, width and applicable specification details before spreading and cutting. Cutting requirements are compared with the approved pattern, size chart and production specification.
Stretch Garment Sewing
Overlock, flatlock, coverstitch, lockstitch and bartack equipment is selected according to seam position and garment construction. Waistbands, gussets, pockets and stress points are checked during sewing.
Measurement, Stretch & Appearance Checks
Inspection focuses on agreed measurements, waistband stability, seam quality, stretch and recovery, pocket construction, logo placement and appearance. Opacity is checked where applicable to sports and high-stretch styles.
