Fabric Inspection & Cutting
Incoming fabric is checked for shade consistency, visible defects, width and applicable specification details before spreading and cutting. Cut panels are compared with the approved pattern, size chart and production specification before sewing.
Stretch Garment Sewing
Overlock, flatlock, coverstitch, lockstitch and bartack equipment is selected according to seam position and garment construction. Inline checks focus on seam formation, waistband joining, gussets, pockets and stress points.
Measurement, Stretch & Appearance Checks
